Programs at Genesis

Fine Arts

Genesis Academy encourages student participation in our drama, choral, and visual arts programs. Students in grades 4–12 are invited to take part in the GACS Fine Arts Festival, which supports both academic excellence and creative expression.

Additional opportunities for artistic involvement include:

  •       River of Words Art Contest
  •       GACS Fine Arts Competition
  •       Fine Arts Festival
  •       Shakespeare Boot Camp
  •       Wax Museum
  •       Genesis Student Talent Competition

These experiences are designed to help students discover their interests and develop their God-given talents in a Christ-centered environment.

Other Activities

Genesis Academy is committed to offering students a wide range of extracurricular activities that foster creativity, leadership, and personal development.

Afterschool Clubs (Grades 1–12)

Beginning each semester, Genesis Academy offers Friday after-school clubs for students in grades 1–12. These clubs vary each semester and may include activities such as STEM, art, drama, gardening, and more.

Elective Courses
During the regular school day, students participate in a variety of elective classes, including:

  • Art
  • Music
  • Physical Education
  • Spanish
  • STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Courses offered in partnership with PLTW
  • Agriculture
  • Computer
