Admissions

Step 1: Submit Application and Required Documents

Complete the Online Application and submit the following required documents:

  • Birth Certificate

  • Current Georgia Immunization Form (#3231)

  • Eye, Ear, and Dental Form (#3300)

  • Student Transcripts (if applicable)

  • Any psychological evaluations, IEPs, 504 plans, or other academic support documentation (if applicable)

  • $75 Application Fee

If your student has previously received academic support services, please include all relevant documentation so our admissions team can review the student’s educational needs.

Once all required documents and the application fee have been received, your student’s application will move forward in the admissions process.

Step 2: Student Screening / Academic Assessment

After the application and required paperwork have been submitted, the student will participate in a screening and/or grade-level academic assessment. This helps us determine the appropriate academic placement and ensure we can best support the student’s success.

Step 3: Parent and Student Interview

Once the screening or assessment has been completed, a parent/guardian and student interview will be scheduled. This meeting allows us to get to know your family, answer questions, and ensure that Genesis Academy is a good fit for both the student and the school community.

Step 4: Admissions Decision and Enrollment

Following the completion of the admissions process, families will be notified of the admissions decision. If accepted, parents will receive enrollment information and instructions to complete the registration process and secure their student’s placement for the upcoming school year.
